What Does Premium Restroom Trailer Service Include? (Tier by Tier)
A “luxury restroom trailer” can mean a $300/day 2-station for a backyard wedding, a $1,200/day 8-station for a corporate gala, or a $2,500/day VIP suite for a celebrity event. The day rates are public — what’s included isn’t. Here’s a full tier-by-tier breakdown of what you actually get for your money, what costs extra, and what to ask before you book.
The four tiers at a glance
| Tier | Day rate | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 2-station | $300–$500 | 75–200 guests, intimate weddings, small corporate |
| 4-station | $500–$850 | 200–500 guests, mid-size weddings, retreats |
| 8-station | $800–$1,200 | 500–1,000 guests, large galas, festivals |
| VIP / concierge | $1,500–$2,500+ | Celebrity events, red carpet, A-list productions |

Used at A-list productions, celebrity weddings, red-carpet events, and the kind of corporate events where the trailer is part of the brand experience. See our VIP trailer rental page for the full spec.
What costs extra (and what to ask before booking)
- Generator — If your venue has no 30-amp outlet, you need a generator. Quiet inverter generators run $75–$150/day. Verify before booking.
- Attendant service (non-VIP tiers) — $35–$60/hour. Recommended for events 200+ guests or anything where the trailer reflects on the host. Ask if it’s included or extra.
- Multi-day rental — Friday-Saturday-Sunday weekend rates aren’t 3× the day rate but they’re typically 2.5×. Pickup on Monday morning is standard.
- Wood platform for soft ground or steep slopes — $25–$50.
- Distance-to-depot delivery uplift — Beyond ~25 miles from our nearest depot, expect a $50–$200 add-on.
- Custom branding (VIP only) — $200–$800 depending on artwork complexity. Provide artwork 14+ days in advance.
- Damage / cleaning beyond normal use — If the trailer gets vandalized, used as a holding area for muddy boots, or significantly soiled beyond standard use, you’ll see a cleaning fee. Normal use is included.
Three questions to ask any premium-trailer vendor
- “Is the trailer pre-cooled / pre-heated before guests arrive?” Some operators turn the A/C on at delivery. We turn it on 60–90 minutes before doors so the trailer is comfortable from the first guest.
- “What happens if the water tank runs out mid-event?” If the operator’s answer is “just don’t flush” or “we’ll send a truck,” that’s a problem. Ask about garden-hose hookup capacity for events over 4 hours / 250 guests.
- “Can I see the unit before booking?” A real operator with a fleet says yes (or sends recent photos). An aggregator passing through someone else’s fleet says “we’ll send a similar unit” — meaning you don’t actually know what’ll show up.
