Common military deployment scenarios
- Training exercises — field training events at remote ranges, multi-week BCT-style operations, joint-service exercises. Often FOB-style with no plumbing access for 14–30 days.
- Base construction — barracks renovations, MILCON projects, contractor sites where existing facilities are offline.
- Family events — air shows, family days, change-of-command ceremonies, retirement events. Outdoor public-attendance events on base.
- National Guard / Reserve activations — weekend drills at remote training sites, hurricane-response staging, civil unrest deployment staging.
- ROTC field training — college-level field training events, summer leadership courses, summer-camp-style events.
- Base recruiting events — off-base recruiting activations at fairs, county events, sporting events.
Base access & security
- SAM.gov registered — required for any federal contract, including base purchasing
- CAGE code current — verifiable in DLA
- NCIC-cleared drivers — available where required for restricted-access bases
- Pre-cleared service trucks — vehicle registration and insurance docs available before arrival for base gate verification
- Sponsor-required deliveries — we coordinate with the contracting officer’s representative or unit sponsor for gate access
- Restricted-area protocols — for Category 1 / Category 2 access where applicable, our crews follow FOUO and force-protection protocols
- OPSEC awareness — drivers brief on no-photography, no social-media-tagging during base presence
Training-exercise & FOB deployment patterns
For field training events with no permanent plumbing, our typical FOB-style deployment:
| Force size | Typical deployment | Service frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Squad / platoon (10–40) | 2–3 standard + 1 hand wash | Daily during exercise |
| Company (60–200) | 5–10 standard + 1 ADA + 2 hand wash + 500-gal holding tank for showers | Twice-daily |
| Battalion (300–800) | 15–30 standard + 2 ADA + 6 hand wash + 1,000-gal holding tank | Twice-daily, ramp to daily |
| Brigade-level FTX (1,000–3,000) | 40–80 standard + 4 ADA + 15 hand wash + 2,500-gal holding tank | Daily, pre-staged pump trucks |
| Joint-service exercise (5,000+) | 100+ standard + 8 ADA + 25 hand wash + 5,000-gal holding tank | Daily, on-site ops lead |
